Shipping FAQ

How long will it take to receive my order?

Each product page lists the "Availability" below the price and sku, and will say something like, "Usually ships in 1-3 business days" or "Usually ships in 5-10 business days". This refers to production time and means that it will be made to order and shipped out from our facilities within that time span.

Shipping time-in-transit is usually around 3-7 business days (it varies depending on where the item is being shipped).

How will I know when my order ships?

We will email you the tracking information for your package(s) once your order ships.

Are most of your items made to order?

Yes... or if not made to order, at least personalized to order. So these things do take time.

What if I need an item by a specific date?

We'll check with our production teams and see how we can make it work for you. We generally don't charge extra for rush order, but you may need to spring for expedited shipping. We'll help you figure it out. Contact us via email or at 877-443-8769. We generally try to answer the phone, or at least get back to you within an hour or two.

How much is shipping?

$9.99 to anywhere in the continental U.S.

Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

Yes. Rates are calculated at checkout.

Do you ship to Canada?

Yes. Rates are calculated at checkout, plus a $10 handling fee.

Do you ship elsewhere internationally?

Generally yes. Contact us for specifics.
