Order Status
Just hit reply to your order confirmation to find out the status of your order.
If you've created an account and login, your order status will say "Awaiting fulfillment," which simply means we have the order and are working on it.
Each product page has the production time - most products can be made and personalized within a few business days, but sometimes (especially during the busy holiday season) it can take up to 5 or 10 business days.
Order Info
When you place an order with us, you'll be charged as soon as you enter your payment info and you'll immediately receive an order confirmation email.
If you have questions about your order, the best and generally quickest way is to reply to that email. We'll get back to you soon.
After your order is complete, we'll send you another email with the tracking information. We do ship by multiple carriers, including USPS, FedEx, and UPS.
