When I placed the order for this knife, I included some clipart for the engraving. Within 5 minutes of submitting my order, I got a phone call saying that the image I sent was too dark and they asked me to clarify what I wanted so they could find their own images to make it. I got the knife within 4 days of sending the order (it was a Christmas present). It is the most beautiful thing I have seen. They got the engraving perfect. Between the service and quality, I will DEFINITELY be ordering from this site again!

I ordered this pocket knife for my fiance knowing that it was on backorder. That day I got a call from Northwest asking me if I still wanted to keep my order because the knife was on backorder for two weeks longer than the website had originally said. I liked the style of the knife and kept my order as it was. Then I received the knife a whole week earlier then the original backorder date had said. Thanks Northwest!!! I don't know how it happened that the knife got here so fast but it was wonderful and my fiance loves it!!!

I recently had to place a rush order for the pocket knives for my groomsmen. Customer service was excellent; the guys at Northwest helped make sure the knives were engraved correctly and received on time. I was thrilled with the quality of the knife and the engraving. My groomsmen loved them. My only regret is that I didn't order another knife for myself!
