When I had received my plaque, it did not say what I had ordered it to say. However, when I'd emailed the customer service department, I was ensured that a brand new plaque would be sent out to me ASAP, and it was. I received the new one only a few days after I had sent the email. Now it's ready to be hung in "The Man Cave!"
