Happy Customer!

I ordered the 12x12 granite plaque and had a picture of my stepmother, our dog that passed away Dillon, and I, along with a poem engraved on it. As soon as I provided them with the details of what I wanted done they had it engraved the same day. The only picture I had was fairly old so I did not have a digital copy of it. I had to scan the picture in and the quality wasn't great, which made it very hard to get the detail to show up on the plaque. Daniel, the customer service rep, notified me immediately. He sent me a picture of the finished engraved plaque to show me how it came out, and we both agreed that it was not what we expected. He then told me I could either send him a new picture or try to scan the other picture in again. I sent him a newly scanned in image of my old picture, which came out slightly better, and two digital pictures of my fiance and I. They had already incurred the cost of one plaque trying to get my low quality picture to come out right so I did not expect them to bother trying my "new" old picture. Daniel, then told me he would send me the one that did not show the picture in detail so I would have something to give on Christmas while they did my new plaque. I received it the next day. Now that is how you make your customers happy. It was not there fault I had a low quality image. I recently received the other plaque and to my suprise it was not one of the pictures I expected. It was the picture that did not come out the first time. It looks just how I wanted and could not be happier. This company gives you the kind of personal service that you just can't find anymore and you will not find a better price. How can it get better than that? I also wanted to mention that if you think the 12x12 plaque on the page looks to plain, as I did, you can send them a border that you like and they will make sure you are happy. Did I mention I couldn't be happier lol.
